Privacy Policy — Capybara Hot Springs

Capybara Hot Springs is a free, cozy idle game for Android, published by Autonomio. This policy explains what information is involved when you play, in plain language.

Who is responsible for this app

Capybara Hot Springs is developed and published by Autonomio (Antonio Samuel Martín Polo), based in Spain. If you have any question about this policy or about your data, you can reach me at informacion@autonomio.es.

No account, no login

Capybara Hot Springs does not require you to create an account or log in with any personal credentials to play. The app itself does not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information.

Your game progress

Your progress, capybaras, and in-game currency are stored locally on your device. I do not operate a server that stores your save data, and I do not have access to it.

Third-party services the app uses

Capybara Hot Springs relies on a small set of Google services to run ads, understand how the game is used, and process purchases. Each of these services may process some technical data on Google's infrastructure, under Google's own privacy terms:

For a broader picture of how Google handles data across these services, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

Capybara Hot Springs is a family-friendly game, but it is not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through a third-party service embedded in the app, please contact me and I will help address it.

Data retention and deletion

Since your save data lives only on your device, uninstalling the app removes it. If you have questions about data held by Google's services (AdMob, Firebase, Play Games, Play Billing), you can manage or request deletion of that data directly through your Google Account settings, or reach out to me and I'll point you in the right direction.

Your rights

As the app is published from Spain, if data protection law (such as the GDPR) applies to you, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data related to you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email informacion@autonomio.es.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update will be published on this same page with a new effective date.
